Meet the Founder

Fletcher Systems was founded on a simple belief: organisations achieve better outcomes when they build strong foundations before introducing new technology.

After more than 25 years of working within large complex business transformation programs across construction and engineering, infrastructure, mining and utilities, I saw a common pattern. Organisations were investing in digital transformation, automation and AI, often without the business processes, governance and organisational capability needed to achieve lasting value.

I founded Fletcher Systems to help change that.

My approach combines practical industry experience with a focus on business process, governance and responsible innovation. Rather than starting with technology, I work with organisations to understand how work is performed, identify opportunities for improvement and build the capabilities needed for sustainable transformation.

I believe technology should empower people, not replace them. The best technology helps people do their best work, preserves organisational knowledge and supports better-informed decisions.
